1-2 cans chicken
1-14 oz can enchilada sauce
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 can sliced black olives
10 – 12 tortillas
Spray pan with cooking spray and coat with small amount of enchilada sauce. Coat tortilla with sauce. Add about 2 Tablespoons shredded chicken and top with 2 Tablespoons shredded cheese. Roll tortilla and place seam side down in pan. Continue until you have one layer deep. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas and top with some shredded cheese and sliced black olives. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
